Through hands-on programs in fine arts, digital media, and cultural practices, SMARTONE‑U prepares learners for creative careers, teaching roles, and community leadership — locally, nationally, and internationally.

The initiative also focuses on community impact: training local artists, preserving cultural traditions, and making arts education accessible to everyone.

At our village campus, tradition meets innovation, It support lifelong learning, joyful living, and diverse approaches to solving real-world problems.

1. Establish the ARTONE School

We’ve launched Wayanad’s first KGCE-approved Art and Animation School—empowering a new generation of educators and creative practitioners to support local schools and communities.

These future leaders will support local schools and institutions in art, design, craft, and language education—inspiring young minds to think beyond the conventional and build with creativity, consciousness, and expressing with care.

2. Develop the ARTONE Nursery & Agri -Garden

ARTONE Nursery & Agriculture Garden: Where the Art of Cultivation Meets the Science of Growth

The ARTONE Nursery is more than a garden of beautiful plants—it's a living classroom for nature-connected learning.

Here, students explore the art of mindful farming and meditative gardening, engaging with both the creative and practical aspects of cultivating the land.

This hands-on approach fosters mindfulness, encourages screen-free engagement, and nurtures a deep sense of ecological responsibility—preparing students to become informed, conscious, and compassionate stewards of the Earth.

3. Transform CASAWYNA Ayur Home.

Upgrade the existing CASAWYNA Ayur Retreat home into a dedicated training center for Holistic Ayur-Care institute and integrative care, rooted in Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy and other Alternative Health modalities.

This center will bridge the timeless wisdom of traditional healing with the evolving wellness needs of future generations—empowering caregivers, wellness professionals, and conscious healers of tomorrow. and also first Ayurveda Nursing college of the world.

4. Revive the Ancestral Spaces of Paingatery Gramam

Transform Paingatery Gramam's ancient dwellings into vibrant learning village. These home would celebrate the arts, music, dance, literature, crafts and pass them down through generations. The restored heritage spaces would foster classical and contemporary artistic expression, ensuring cultural roots endure and inspire new voices.

5. Create the CASA-MINA Art & Craft Museum Library

Transform CASAMINA—my beloved mother’s home—into the region’s first interactive museum of art and library dedicated to the art of making.

This inspiring space will invite visitors of all ages to read, explore, play, touch, and perform, discovering the richness of both traditional craftsmanship and modern innovation.

A living museum where past discoveries ignite future creativity, and hands-on experiences forge meaningful connections across generations and time.

These five phases of growth outline the path toward realizing our SMARTONE vision. While the journey may evolve and adapt along the way, each step brings us closer to building a vibrant, living campus—one that inspires others and becomes a model for creative communities around the world.
